EVERBROOK ACADEMY - NEW SAVAGE LOCATION
The Stanley & Wencl Commercial Construction team recently completed construction of the Everbrook Academy in Savage, Minnesota. Everbrook Academy is a 21st century preschool, with a STEAM curriculum, offering learning experiences for infants, toddlers, Preschool, Pre-K, and school-agers ensure children are ready for school. Stanley & Wencl is thankful to the entire team and our valued customers at Everbrook Academy. We know this beautiful building will serve as a solid foundation for teaching children for years to come.

MN ORTHODONTICS - NEW LAKEVILLE LOCATION
Stanley & Wencl was an integral part of the construction and communication with Delia Dall'Arancio as they continue to grow their practice. This Tenant Build-out had to be coordinated with the existing Building Contractor in an effort to complete the project without disruption of the current site construction.
SDDI SIGNS GRAND OPENING
Stanley & Wencl worked as General Contractor for this project, which was minutes from their office - making for a convenient, hands-on approach.
Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce was live at SDDI Signs for their Grand Opening on Thursday, August 9th, 2018. We are very pleased to have worked closely with Catherine & Sean Sowder and their design team to see this project through successfully.
ST. CROIX MEADOWS REDEVELOPMENT

PRIOR LAKE ROTARY LAKEFRONT MUSIC FEST A SUCCESS

The community-oriented team at Stanley & Wencl was proud to sponsor and serve as an integral part of the annual Prior Lake Rotary Lakefront Music Fest the weekend of July 13, 2018 in Prior Lake, MN.
The event brought nearly 15,000 visitors to the city.

TOPPER'S PIZZA
We just completed the Topper's Pizza tenant build-out located in St. Louis Park, MN. The most significant challenge of this project was installing the grease duct shaft from the roof, as the restaurant is located on the ground floor of a condominium building.

THE SALT ROOM
We recently completed the new tenant build-out of The SALT Room in Woodbury, MN. This retrofit involved demolition of a several walls and ceilings, remodeling of the reception area, as well as adding a metal-stud sound wall between tenants. Read more: http://saltroomwoodbury.com

THERMO KING SCRAP DOCK
We were engaged to sawcut, demo, remove and replace the exterior concrete dock for recyclable material at the Thermo King plant in Bloomington, MN. This project was completed under tight time constraints because of the need to minimize downtime for this portion of their manufacturing process. This dock is used to clear, sort and classify the various metals used in the plant for recycling.

APPROACH

TEAM

DAN STANLEY, PRESIDENT
With more than 30 years of experience in the Twin City metro and the Minnesota construction market, Dan's expertise lies in maintaining Stanley & Wencl's vision, cultivating client relationships and providing support to the field staff. His corporate experience includes founding Stellar Concrete & Masonry in 1997 with two partners, which was recognized as a Top 100 Concrete Specialty Subcontractor. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Construction Management.
Dan has served over 20 years on the Minnesota State University, Mankato Construction Management Advisory Board including terms as advisory board chair. In addition, he is a member of the Prior Lake Rotary and serves on a number of committees including chair of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee for the annual Lakefront Music Fest fundraiser. He also has served as trustee and chair of the trustee board at his church.

JAY W. FEIDER,
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Jay prides himself on building strong customer relationships. In 2004, Jay formed Positive Companies, Inc. to develop and build commercial real estate for long term investments, He also co-owned Construction 70, Inc. where he served the office, retail, healthcare and commercial markets. He has a wide range of experience including restaurants, retail, office, warehouse, medical, automotive repair, car dealerships, ice arenas, health clubs, parking ramps, gas-convenience stores and communications facilities. He attended Dunwoody Industrial Institute, St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute, and Rasmussen Business College. Jay is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.
As a previous owner-developer, Jay's design-build experience ranges from buying and developing land to working with partners to build facilities. His knowledge and expertise across multiple disciplines and industries streamlines our design-build process. Subcontractors look to Jay as an industry resource and thought leader, and he is known for his proven ability to realistically determine and manage costs on a project.

JUDD WERNER,
PROJECT MANAGER| ESTIMATOR
A member of the construction industry since 2012, Judd already has a vast amount of experience in construction management for the firm’s many diverse projects. One was a remodel of a daycare facility that required significant time constraints and accessibility for parents. Other projects include outdoor demo and masonry that required heat and cover due to weather conditions.
Judd is a graduate of Minnesota State University - Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is an active member of the Twin Cities Rotaract, serving as Social Chair.

WENDY LITERSKI,
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Wendy has been involved in the construction field for more than 30 years, building experience and extensive business relationships with hundreds of contractors and their administrative personnel. Wendy's strong administrative background with the general contracting process, bookkeeping, coordinating with municipal building and permit departments, and experience with Metropolitan Council requirements makes her a valued team member on any project.
In addition, Wendy oversees human resources. She established a health insurance program with HSA, and a Simple IRA program. She also processes payables and receivables.
When not at work, she tends to her jewelry business, music, the outdoors and taking care of her elderly rabbit, Bandit.
