New State-of-the-Art Facility
This complete build out by Stanley & Wencl with a long term customer resulted in a casual contemporary medical office. We had previously completed offices in Edina, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, Chanhassen, Mendota Heights, Rogers and Hugo for Minnesota Orthodontics.
This project included renovating existing vacant space, cut floors for underground plumbing for each ortho chair, on-site laboratory facilities, an emergency eyewash station, unique electrical and plumbing specific to high-end medical devices, and an X-ray area with lead walls. Mechanicals were completed on a design-build basis.
Unique to this dental project are coordination with equipment suppliers for proper utilities in the right locations, custom divider panels between work spaces, custom millwork and office furniture and fixtures, brushing sinks throughout and decorative lighting.
